Planning & Programming: Whether the project is simple as one room or as complex as 1500 city acres, planning balances budgets and space needs, sets schedules and deadlines and ultimately launches the project. With information supplied by the client, our architects will provide programming services to develop the approach and criteria for the project. This precise process establishes space requirements, adjacencies, and hierarchies, collectively referred to as the Program.
Field Measurement and Building Drawings: CORE10 will field measure the property and produce a CAD floor plan for use in calculating building areas per BOMA standards, marketing documents or as a background for future renovations, equipment plans, etc.
Code Analysis, Accessibility Surveys & Property Condition Assessments: On-site investigations are performed to verify existing conditions of the grounds including: exterior, interior, roof, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, safety systems and other building elements. The reports can be used during the buying, selling or leasing of property or to assist a design team during the planning and construction activities.
Lease Maps & Marketing Materials: Images and graphics to represent available buildings or lease areas to highlight the conditions, size and potential of your real estate. A valuable tool for attracting potential buyers or tenants.
