Central West End Attic Renovation

  

This family of four loves city living.  So, when it was time for more space, they decided to move up, instead of out.  CORE10 worked closely with the family to refinish and build out the third floor of their 110 year old brick home in a way that would meet their needs and inspire them a little, too.

Wiindows Before 

The results are a stunning master bath, bedroom, and roof deck, along with a much needed upstairs laundry room.  The combination of old and new materials makes the addition both warm and pristine while blending with the original architecture.  We think the additional space is almost as cool and unique as the family who lives there.  They think they finally have room for privacy, and a bird's eye view of their beautiful city.
