As a continuation of the design concepts found in The Crescent, designed by Tyler Stephens with a previous firm for Mark Mehlman, the new Carondelet Retail Village further defines the streetscapes for Clayton’s urban core. Conceived as a series of outdoor rooms connecting the Plaza fountain, the retail court, and the Forsyth entry plaza, the community of retail patrons, hotel guests, and office tenants can intermix in this European style urban village. This project earned Clayton's first TIF plan. Construction date TBD.
A mixed use building development of 110k sf of office on 5 floors, a 120 room boutique hotel and restaurant complex, theatre, and 110k sf of retail on two levels around a new interior plaza with two street storefronts, all over a 663 car parking garage.
