CORE10 won the commission to renovate this existing apartment building to serve as additional fifth and sixth grade classrooms for the school. Very quickly, headmaster Josh Crane saw a need and agreed to our vision for expanding the program and present a new facade to Hanley Road which unified the campus and gave a distinctive and modern image to the school.  Completed in the fall of 2009, this project gave the upper classmen an exciting new building to call their own and serves as the first piece of growth for the school into the future.
