Since designing the Crescent in Clayton for Mehlman Realty in 2005, Principal Tyler Stephens has continued to work with the owner through CORE10. So when Mark Mehlman needed fast help to secure a tenant, CORE10 jumped at the chance. We salvaged nearly every interior fixture from the former clothing store and repurposed the space for Jamie Mushlin's new concept RED Fitness Lounge.
