Green Bean, Central West End

     

When a couple of young entrepenuers came to us and wanted to open an eco-friendly restaurant in Saint Louis featuring fresh, locally-sourced salads, we happened to find them the perfect spot, right around the corner from our office.  How convenient!  Owners Nick and Sarah teamed with our own Sheila Miranda to create an atmosphere that evokes the freshness of the local farms that green bean features.  The space is filled with bright greens and yellows, framed in reclaimed wood that looks like it could have come straight from the old barn.  What a great reminder that healthy, sustainable food can be delicous, fast and so pretty, too.
